We went to eat at this restaurant after reading a review on La mode aixoise. And we will definitely be back, especially for the Vietnamese fondue, which you should reserve in advance to get the most flavorful broth. Good food takes time. Here, everything is homemade, and you can taste it in the textures, the seasonings, and the care taken with each dish. And we were extremely pleased to be able to sample the most popular specialties, thanks to the knowledgeable and attentive guidance of the servers. I don't remember the names, but from the appetizers to the main courses, everything was delicious. A superb discovery. Sometimes you have your doubts after seeing reviews from influencers, but this is clearly a great place. And to top it all off, the service and staff are pleasant and competent. We came with a stroller, and from the moment we made the reservation, they took excellent care of us, and we didn't feel burdened at all by bringing a baby. See you very soon when we're back in the area!

Super expérience chez Saigon73 ! L’accueil est vraiment chaleureux, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Les plats sont généreux, savoureux et bien présentés. On s’est tout simplement régalées du début à la fin 😋. Une belle adresse à recommander sans hésiter !
