American here ! Mister Smash is my go to burger joint! It's difficult to find a good hamburger in France, often they try to be gastronomic or as with a lot of French meat... bland. You may have also seen Big Boy here in Aix, an "American" restaurant. Don't waist your money, they are just playing to the crowd. Stick with Mister Burger, great burgers with fries like Arby's 👍🏻
