We found this restaurant on the Michelin App as it has a Michelin Bib, went in with high expectations, and were not disappointed. This is a must visit restaurant while in Aix-en-Provence. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and intimate, highlighting the bistro style of the restaurant. Service was fantastic as well. As for the food, it was one of the best meals in recent memory. We both loved our starters (butternut soup and hare pate). But the mains stole the show. The Langoustines in broth was expertly prepared, balanced and seasoned. The veal in morel sauce was absolutely exquisite, the meat was perfectly cooked and the sauce with mushrooms was perhaps the best iteration I’ve had. The prices are more than fair, and the quality is superb. I highly recommend this restaurant.
