I have Celiac and found this amazing place when planning our trip to France. Little did I know at the time, that La Manufacture would become a major highlight of our trip. Everything I ate was spectacular including croissants, eclairs, bread, quiche, and pizza. I could not believe the quality and variety of tasty treats. We went back several mornings to stock up for the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this establishment!

Celiacs Heaven! A small but excellent bakery with a great selection of dedicated gluten-free baked goods, from bread, pizza, quiche, and croissants to sweet pastries and the finest French patisserie. In addition to takeaway purchases, there are a few cozy tables for eating in (small surcharge). The owner herself has celiac disease and knows what she's doing. You can come here for gluten-free goods without the fear of cross contamination. Highly recommended! Merci Beaucoup!
