A true gem among Marseille’s many ice cream shops! I’ve been going to Glaces Moustache – Artisan Glacier almost every day they are open for the past three weeks, and it has completely won me over. Marseille has countless ice cream shops, many of them good—but this one stands out. There’s something truly special here. I’m gluten-free, so I couldn’t try every flavor, but the ones I did were exceptional. Each has depth and balance—the flavor unfolds gently and lingers beautifully, with just the right touch of sweetness. Their house-made chantilly (whipped cream) is a perfect companion: light, subtle, and fresh, complementing rather than overpowering the ice cream. I fell in love with the violette flavor the very first time I tried it—it’s now my go-to, especially paired with their vanilla bourbon, which is creamy, rich, and perfectly rounded with a little something extra. They also serve Dammann teas, with fruity, floral, and more ferocious varieties to choose from. The tea pairs perfectly with their ice cream—an unexpected delight that elevates the whole experience. The experience wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Antonice, the proprietor. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine joy in sharing his craft add to the pleasure of every visit. Glaces Moustache offers it all: creative and classic flavors, impeccable texture, and a welcoming spirit that makes each scoop memorable. In a city full of glaceries competing for attention, this one sings the truest notes of flavor and heart.

Un glacier qui propose beaucoup de parfums incroyables ! Fraisier et cacahuète sont délicieux et les serveurs sont très efficaces. Un bon endroit où s'arrêter pour profiter d'un dessert givré !
