The shopkeepers are selling expired products, which I find unacceptable. The deli meats and sweets I bought tasted like cardboard. Furthermore, the staff never smiled at customers. I won't be back; I'm disappointed.

These shopkeepers are condescending and unpleasant. They never smile and don't know how to say hello or goodbye. Choose another collection point for your parcels since they seem to be a nuisance, except perhaps to line their own pockets with this service—it's all about making money without providing anything in return… I can't wait for retirement!
