Charlotte was helpful and welcoming, she impressed me with her deep knowledge when it comes to tea from different types to preparation methods... and of course the remarkable attentiveness and thoughtful guidance. As a tea enthusiast, I was delighted to discover their white tea refined, delicate, and truly sublime in flavor. A rare combination of exquisite taste and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended
